We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Our expected delivery time is 15–20 days, subject to destination, carrier operations, customs processing where applicable, severe weather, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Furniture Selection and Product Information

Furniture purchases often depend on exact dimensions, room layout, doorway clearance, floor access, material, finish, comfort, and intended use. We encourage every customer to compare the product-page measurements with the intended room and the full delivery route, including exterior doors, hallways, stairwells, elevators, corners, ceiling height, and building restrictions. Unless a product description expressly states otherwise, decorative objects, bedding, rugs, lamps, wall art, mattresses, appliances, and other styling items shown in photographs are not included.

Natural wood, stone, leather, rattan, marble, woven fibres, and other natural or handcrafted materials may show grain, knots, colour movement, texture, veining, pores, mineral marks, small surface distinctions, and other variations. These characteristics can make each item different and are not necessarily defects. Fabric dye lots, screen settings, ambient lighting, and photographic conditions may also affect perceived colour. We will not describe a material variation as a defect when it falls within the reasonable characteristics disclosed for that material, but statutory remedies remain available for actual defects or material misdescription.

Assembly, Placement, and Safe Use

Some furniture is delivered flat-packed, partially assembled, or in multiple cartons. Customers should retain all hardware, instructions, packaging, and carton labels until assembly and inspection are complete. Assembly must follow the manufacturer’s instructions and use the correct hardware and tools. Wall anchoring, anti-tip restraints, weight limits, child-safety devices, levelling feet, and other safety components must be installed and used as directed. Customers should periodically check fasteners and discontinue use if an item becomes unstable, damaged, or subject to a safety notice.

Professional installation, wall mounting, electrical work, plumbing, structural modification, and disposal of old furniture are not included unless expressly purchased and confirmed in writing. Before drilling or anchoring, the installer should identify wiring, plumbing, wall type, studs, and other concealed conditions. Tallahassee Discount Furniture is not responsible for independent installation services that the customer arranges, without limiting liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Quality Concerns and Manufacturer Support

If a component is missing, damaged, or unsuitable for safe assembly, stop assembly and contact us. We may request carton labels, photographs, measurements, batch numbers, and a description of the affected part so that we can identify the appropriate remedy. Depending on the product and applicable law, the remedy may include replacement hardware, a replacement component, repair assistance, exchange, price adjustment, return, or refund.

Responsible Service

We aim to reduce unnecessary transport and waste by resolving minor component issues with replacement parts where appropriate and acceptable to the customer. This does not require a customer to accept a repair or part where applicable consumer law provides another mandatory remedy. Packaging should be recycled or disposed of according to local municipal rules after the product has been fully inspected and accepted.
